THE BOAT

The Dream Catcher possesses a unique blend of comfort and functionality. Her rugged exterior is tough enough for the roughest Alaskan waters while her interior is cozy enough to make you forget your in the last frontier. The commercial galley is capable of turning out restaurant quality food, something you’ll come to appreciate very quickly on your Alaska small boat cruise.

Though you may think of her as a yacht, she was built to handle Alaska’s extreme environment and do work as a research/charter vessel from Southeast to the Beaufort Sea. On board the Dream Catcher you encounter a vessel with over 1500 square feet of living space.

STATEROOMS

Your cozy staterooms provides comfortable sleeping quarters and a quiet place aboard the ship that you’ll be able to enjoy to yourself as you please. In addition to beds and storage for personal effects, the rooms come equipped with their own toilet and shower. The staterooms also come with several standard outlets for charging your camera, computer, phone, or whatever you bring that may need a charge during your trip. For your comfort there is a central forced air heating system and individual electric heaters in each room along with portholes.

MAIN DECK

On the main deck you find two lounge areas. The forward TV lounge hosting theater seating, a 42” LCD TV, and a 500 plus film library. The stern lounge offers a secluded relaxing area with fireplace, a selection of books on Alaska, and a large selection of board games.

Large viewing windows surround the bridge lounge area. There is wrap around seating for six. Up on the flying bridge you find seating around the built in picnic table, a grill for BBQ meals, and wrap around railing for viewing safety.

ON BOARD FACILITIES

With the ability to make 1900 gallons of water per day and 300 gallons of hot water there is ample water for showering, coupled with no restrictions on the use of the washer and dryer.

GALLEY

Our commercial style galley would make any land based chef jealous. Found in the galley are double ovens, microwave, warming drawer, dual dishwashers, compactor, freezer, refrigerator, tons of counter space, and seating for 12 in its 230 square foot area. There are six pantry areas on board, as well as the walk in freezer and walk in refrigerator located on the hull deck. The dining room has wrap around seating, two tables, and a breakfast bar. Three extra large windows in the dining area allow you to take in the incredible Alaskan scenery

For your convenience, we have a rear covered deck area, heated deck storage rooms so no wet gear ever need to go into your stateroom. There is also a half restroom on the hull deck for client use.



There are 6 private staterooms aboard the Dream Catcher. Each room comes equipped with their own toilet and shower. This may seem like a small detail, but we guarantee you’ll come to appreciate your own head, which is very uncommon for vessels of our size.
