If you are interested in a custom voyage we will be glad to discuss your desires. We can create a custom itinerary for a family vacation, reunion, corporate retreat, or an extreme fishing expedition. Though our cruises normally run 7 days/six nights it is up to you as to how long you want your custom cruise to be. Our custom expeditions are defined by “Imagination not Physical Limitations”.

Deposits & Payment Schedule

Once you have made your reservation via phone or email it will be held for ten days.

  • To secure a Whole Boat Charter reservation a deposit of US $4,000 is required to guarantee your reservation. A $1000 deposit is required for a single stateroom reservations with a double occupancy.
  • The Alaskan Dream Ventures Charter Document agreement must be mailed to us with your deposit check to keep your reservation.
  • Once your deposit and the Alaskan Dream Ventures Charter agreement are received you will be mailed your written confirmation letter.

By January 20th, 50% of the total reservation price is required. All reservations made after January 5th require a 50% deposit within two weeks of the booking date. Final payment is due by March 15 of the year traveling. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to departure must be accompanied by full payment within one week of booking.

  • Payments can be made by personal check, money order, certified cashier’s check, bank wire, or Master / Visa credit card, (3% fee for credit card payments). Please identify all payments clearly with your name, address and trip dates. All payments must be in US Dollars.
  • The Alaskan Dream Ventures Charter Document agreement must be mailed to us with your deposit check to keep your reservation.
  • If you wish to send Bank Wires we can provide you the proper information.

Single Traveler and Single Cabin Supplement Fees

If you are a single traveler but are willing to share a cabin and we are unable to match you with a roommate you will not be charged a single supplement. If you want to guarantee a private cabin, single supplement charges will apply. Please call or email for rates.

Cancelations & Refunds

If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. You may telephone but we will need written notification via certified mail.

Cancellations Terms

Initial deposit is non refundable. All cancellations after January 20th will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total ticket price. Cancellations received less than ninety days prior to the day of departure are not refundable and will be charged 100% of ticket price.


WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that your obtain Travelers and Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect yourself. Please check with your travel agent for rates and coverage. CSA Travel Protection offers trip insurance and can be reached on the web or at 800-348-9505. Trip Cancellation Coverage will reimburse you for nonrefundable air and tip costs should you cancel or interrupt your trip.


ADV reserves the right to require any participant to withdraw from a trip at any time if the Captain deems his / her acts or conduct detrimental or incompatible with the interest, harmony, comfort, or welfare of the trip. In such cases, no refund will be given.
